The brand has announced that the phone will be unveiled at an event in New Delhi on September 27. Oneplus will be streaming both events live on, Twitter and YouTube.

The OnePlus 7T are billed for launch in the very busy month of October.

The Global Launch event is set to take place at the brand new Magazine London venue in North Greenwich and kicks off at 4pm BST.

The OnePlus 7T will have a 6.55 inch Fluid AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400×1080 and a pixel density of 402 PPI.

Given that the once-obscure phonemaker is now onto its second U.S. carrier partnership with Sprint - along with the fact that the OnePlus 7 Pro is even officially Verizon-compatible - it's not at all far-fetched that those relationships would continue to grow.

Based on what information has leaked regarding the new phones, both phones will have identical software and hardware, with slight improvements in specifications.

The OnePlus 7T will sport a smaller notch than the OnePlus 7, but its back side will also be different. This includes a 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3x zoom, and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. For authentication and security, there is the in-screen fingerprint reader. On the front, the smartphone will feature a 16-megapixel camera. This display will make use of an AMOLED panel that will likely measure around 6.5-inches and bear a Full HD+ resolution. It will be powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. The other two sensors would include a 16MP f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide sensor and a 12MP f/2.2 telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom.

There would be a 4,085 mAh battery with support for 30W Warp fast-charging support. We don't have to wait for much longer, at least.

In terms of imaging, there could be a triple camera setup arranged in a vertical-shaped camera module. Also, there's a new Macro mode, a better Nightscape mode, and Super Slow-Motion video making at 960FPS 720p.
