Windy, wet Halloween? See indoor trick-or-treating events in Syracuse

Thunderstorms are expected to bring rain, and temperatures will drop drastically once the sun sets, according to the National Weather Service office in Columbia. Rain and strong winds are in the forecast for Thursday's Halloween festivities, prompting nearly 30 municipalities across the province to postpone Halloween.

Others think the weather shouldn't impact trick or treat.
